Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The product received is different from what you ordered.

• The product is damaged during delivery.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and unopened.

• The original packaging, seal, and labels must be intact.

• Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the available payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or changed address provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
